Ken proposed on 12 June 2002. It was very romantic and took place
at the national monument Rainbow Bridge during a long
sailing trip on Lake Powell in southern Utah.

Alone in the 100-degree heat, Ken went down on one knee and proposed
with a beautiful gold ring with diamonds and a sapphire.

He got a "yes" back from his new fiancee, whose senses suddenly
had seased to work. Gone was the feeling of heat,
hearing and speach.
